VALERIE RENIHAN is the owner and head trainer at Findlay's Ridge LLC. Val grew up in Indianapolis Indiana where her parents owned and operated Grandview Stables for over 50 years, which her sister Diane Renihan now operates. Val has ridden and shown all of her life and started training students at the age of 16. 

     She has ridden and trained hunter champions at the major shows throughout the midwest and east coast. These include such shows as Pennsylvainia National, Washington International, Capital Challenge, Winter Equestrian Festival, Lake Placid, Upperville, Bluegrass Festival, Kentucky National as well as both the USEF Jr Hunter Finals and Pony Finals. She has trained USEF National and Grand Hunter Horse of the year Champions as well as numerous Zone and State Champions. Her students have both won and been in the top four in the "Best Child Rider" awards at Devon, Pennsylvaina National, Washington International, The National Horse Show, Old Salem Spring 1 & 2, and HITS to name a few.

    Equitation wins include The ASPCA Maclay Regionals 6 times, USET Talent Search Finals, USHJA Hunterdon Cup Finals, Devon, National PHA Finals, USEF Pony Medal Finals, Capital Challenge Equitation Champions, Winter Equestrian Festival Christy Conard award for high point equitation rider of the circuit. They have won ribbons at all of the National Equitation Finals and several USEF Pony Medal Finals.

      Jumpers Purchased and trained for her clients have represented the US in World Cup Finals and the European Super League Tour, as well as winning the Presidents Cup at the Washington International Horse Show, major grand prixs on the Winter Equestrian Festival, HITS and numorous classes throughout Florida and the East Coast.
